Corporate President and Underwriter, Sharon M. Rayne, brings to the firm over twenty years of underwriting, processing and settlement expertise. Sharon is responsible for the processing and underwriting of all loan application packages, as well as coordinating approval conditions and final settlement. She and her husband Robert have lived in the Berlin/Ocean City area for 20 years. Sharon was born and raised in Wisconsin, and attended Plymouth High School. She also attended Wor-Wic Tech Community College, completing courses in Accounting and Finance. In her spare time she enjoys spending time outdoors and with her horses.

Brett A. Wolf, Vice-President and Loan Officer, has been originating mortgage loans for more than 20 years. Brett utilizes his acquired financial expertise and excellent sales and people skills to provide the best possible service to his clients. He is knowledgeable in all aspects of mortgage lending and is especially helpful in prequalifying applicants. Brett has resided in the Ocean City area since 1984, and is originally from Youngstown, Ohio. He has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Geneva College in Pennsylvania. Brett and his wife Deborah have twin sons, Grayson and Hunter. He enjoys volleyball, softball and traveling in his spare time.

Corporate Secretary/Treasurer and Comptroller, Linda S. Perlozzo brings more than 23 years of accounting and finance background to the firm. Linda handles all accounting functions, including financial statement preparation, payroll tax reporting, monitoring of receivables and payables, as well as assisting in the processing and underwriting of loan applications. She is originally from Wheeling, West Virginia, and received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from West Virginia University. Linda and husband Tom and two sons, Anthony and Tommy have resided in Ocean City for 20 years. In her spare time, she enjoys relaxing at the beach, reading and attending her sons sporting events.
